Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Replaced light fixtures throughout, installed smoke detectors, patched & painted walls, ceilings, vanities & trim, installed new wood flooring and refinished existing, installed baseboards.
• Exterior: Powerwashed & painted exterior of the house, replaced window shutters in the backyard.
• ADU Bath: Installed mirror, installed floor tile, installed vanity, installed toilet, refinished tub, installed new shower door.
• Main Level Bath: Replaced pedestal sink & faucet, replaced mirror & accessories, installed toilet, refinished tub.
• Powder Bath: Replaced batch accessories, installed toilet, installed mirror.
• Primary Bath: Installed shower plumbing fixtures & patched the wall, installed sink faucet, installed vanity hardware, installed new shower door.
• Upstairs Full Bath: Installed vanity hardware, installed mirror, installed toilet, installed bath accessories, installed tile flooring.
• Upstairs Half Bath: Installed countertop & sink, installed bath accessories, installed cabinet hardware, installed sink faucet, installed baseboards.
• Kitchen: Installed recessed lights, framed pantry, installed installed doors on new pantry, framed soffit above cabinets, removed trash compactor & installed flat panel to cover, installed cabinet hardware, installed countertops & sink, installed faucet, installed backsplash, installed cooktop, installed range, installed hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, installed double wall oven, painted cabinets.
• ADU Kitchenette: Installed countertop, installed dishwasher, installed cabinet hardware.
