Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed wood interior doors in dining room & hallway, installed ceiling light for foyer, replaced ceiling lights throughout the house, installed smoke detectors, patched & painted walls, ceilings, trims & doors, rebuilt upstairs railings.
• Exterior: Repaired patio door lock, replaced exterior lights, painted walls, trims & fascia, stained deck railings
• Basement Bathroom: Replaced vanity mirror, repaired shower head leak, replaced bathroom lights, installed bath accessories.
• Main Level Bathroom: Removed medicine cabinet & patched wall, installed shower plumbing fixtures, installed floor & tub surround tiles, installed vanity, installed sink faucet, installed bath accessories, installed toilet, patched walls, built pony wall, installed vanity mirror, replaced bathroom door, replaced bathroom lights, installed bathroom exhaust fan & vent, installed door for the bathroom closet, installed shower curtain enclosure, installed bathtub drain & overflow plate, refinished bathtub.
• Upstairs Bathroom: Replaced vanity mirror, refinished shower surround tiles, installed bath accessories, replaced sink faucet, replaced bathroom lights.
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount light, replaced pendant, installed countertop & sink, installed kitchen faucet, installed backsplash, installed cabinet hardware, installed dishwasher, installed range, painted kitchen cabinets, installed hood vent& frame.
• Laundry: Installed washer, installed floor tile
