• All rooms: Replaced all door knobs and hinges, adjusted sliding doors, installed flat panels in glass sliding closet doors, replaced all lightbulbs, replaced outlets and switches, installed luxury vinyl flooring, installed baseboards, patched and painted walls, ceiling, trim & interior doors
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights, installed cabinet hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed electric range, installed hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, replaced shut off valve, painted kitchen cabinets
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced toilet, installed countertop and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed cabinet hardware, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, refinished tub, removed shower enclosure track, removed medicine cabinet & patched drywall, replaced vanity light, replaced exhaust fan, painted vanity
• Primary Bathroom: Framed curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless shower glass enclosure, installed shower head, temp valve, volume valve & drain, installed tile floor, walls and niche, installed toilet, installed vanity cabinet, countertop and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, replaced water connection under sink, replaced vanity light, replaced exhaust fan
• Hall: Replaced hall lights
• Dining room: Replaced pendant light
