Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched and painted walls, ceiling and trim, installed smoke detector, replaced wall sconces, installed LVT, baseboard and underlayment, replaced light bulbs
• Kitchen: Installed kitchen light, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced countertops, replaced sink and faucet, replaced drop down ceiling fixture, demolished old cabinets and installed new cabinets and handles
• Secondary Bathroom: Installed new toilet, angle stops and line, removed bidet, moved bidet wand to new toilet
• Downstairs Bathroom: Replaced toilet, installed LVP and transition strips, installed shower pan and drain, framed curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless sliding door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve, volume valve and drain, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards, repaired drywall, replaced vanity light, installed recessed shower light,
• Laundry Room: Installed LVP and baseboards
• Exterior: Replaced dry rotted glass
