Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Hauled away remaining furniture, stripped window treatments, and installed new door hardware throughout. Replaced all smoke detectors and light bulbs, provided complete home staging, and performed a final deep clean of all interiors and skylights.
• Exterior & Landscaping: Patched and painted all exterior walls, trim, gutters, and doors. Stained three decks, repaired deck steps, cleaned up yards, trimmed tree branches, added mulch, and power-washed all concrete surfaces.
• Flooring: Removed old flooring to install new luxury vinyl plank flooring and baseboards on the upper level and stairs. Replaced the entire carpeted area in the downstairs living space and installed wood floor transitions.
• Main Kitchen: Sanded and painted cabinets, adding new hardware pulls. Installed custom quartz countertops, a matching backsplash, and a full suite of brand new appliances, including an exterior-venting wall hood.
• Primary Bath: Installed a new vanity cabinet, mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet, hardware, and plumbing rough valve. Professionally glazed the bathtub and all surrounding tiles.
• Hallway Bath: Replaced damaged copper piping, installed new waterproofing, and laid large-format tile surrounds. Swapped the vanity countertop and sink, painted the base, glazed the tub, and replaced the mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet, and fixtures.
• Downstairs Spaces & Kitchenette: Refreshed the kitchenette with painted cabinets, quartz counters, a new cooktop, mini-fridge, sink, and faucet. Updated the downstairs bath with a glazed shower, new sliding door, vanity paint, quartz counter, toilet, mirror, and hardware.
• Living & Bedrooms: Patched and painted all walls and trim, painting the vaulted living room beams while leaving the natural wood original. Replaced all failed double-pane window glass, replaced a damaged bedroom subfloor, and installed downstairs recessed lighting.
