Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed new luxury vinyl flooring and 4-inch baseboards throughout the entire interior. Patched and painted all interior walls, ceilings, and trim, including the garage and bonus area. Replaced all interior and exterior door hardware, installed new outlets, switches, and smoke detectors, and replaced over 40 can lights plus hallway wall sconces. Provided comprehensive design services, including finish selections and room scans.
• Exterior: Patched and painted the full front facade and all matching trim. Power-washed, prepped, and painted all decks. Repaired rotted wood on the sliding glass door frame and replaced dual-layer wood trim on the rear bay windows and dining room window. Installed new hardware and door holes for the upper deck door.
• Bath - Primary: Replaced the shower fixture package and installed two new sink faucets and vanity mirrors. Installed a complete set of bathroom hardware including towel bars, rings, and robe hooks. Replaced vanity lighting and installed a new exhaust fan.
• Bath - Kids: Performed a full demolition of the existing tub, toilet, vanity, tile, and flooring. Repaired drywall around the shower and installed a new tub with tile surrounds and a fixed shower head. Installed a new toilet, prefab vanity cabinet with integrated sink, and new faucet.
• Powder Room: Installed a new toilet and a new vanity paired with a modern faucet and mirror. Provided and installed a matching hardware set, including a towel ring and toilet paper holder.
• Living & Dining Room: Replaced three major windows in the living room, specifically those flanking the fireplace and the front window. Replaced the lighting in the breakfast nook and primary bedroom with new pendant fixtures.
• Bedroom & Closets: Replaced the glass sliding doors for the primary bedroom closet. Provided a final deep clean of the interior and all windows following the completion of work.
