As a seasoned real estate speculator, I thrived in the competitive world of property acquisition and flipping. However, I soon recognized an inherent unfairness in the process: many sellers were losing the inherent value of their family homes. This inspired a powerful shift in my career. My mission became helping families preserve their hard-earned equity. I embarked on a journey to help families take control of their property flips. Today, by offering guidance, resources, and unwavering support, I seek to ensure that homeowners can retain the fruits of their labor rather than yielding them to investors.
When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and watching Northern California sports teams dominate those from other places (namely Southern California). ;-)
