Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Updated electrical panel to 200 AMP, installed new LVP throughout, installed new baseboards, patched & painted ceilings, walls, trims & doors, replaced termite damaged wood, replaced fungus damaged window trims, installed ceiling lights throughout
• Exterior: Power washed, caulked, patched & painted exterior walls, installed an opening to the front patio sub area, repaired termite damaged trim.
• Kitchen: Installed range, installed dishwasher, installed refrigerator, installed microwave, installed cabinets & hardware, installed countertop & backsplash, installed garbage disposal, installed faucet, installed undermount sink, finished peninsula side.
• Primary Bathroom: Installed sink & faucet, installed vanity countertops, installed cabinets, installed toilet, installed mirrors, towel racks & robe hooks, installed motion occupancy lights, installed exhaust fans with auto humidity controls & led lights, installed shower doors, installed shower pan with built-in seat.
• Hall Bathroom: Installed cabinets, installed undermount sink, installed sink & faucet, installed vanity countertops, installed soaking tub, installed shower doors, installed exhaust fans with auto humidity controls & led lights, installed toilet, installed mirrors, towel racks & robe hooks.
• Garage: Installed water heater, replaced garage door.
• Nook: Replaced fan with ceiling lights.
• Dining Room: Replaced ceiling pendant.
