Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Painted ceilings, walls, doors and trims two colors, replaced carpet throughout, performed minor flooring leveling, replaced baseboards throughout, replaced bulbs throughout, installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, installed new drywall and new sheer wall, mudded, textured, primed and painted the new drywall areas only, termite Infestation treated in garage, framing, and bedroom
• Kitchen: Prep, sanded, primed and painted cabinets, installed Kitchen Quartz Counter Tops with Full Backsplash, installed Undermount Kitchen Sink, installed Kitchen Sink with vegetable cleaner, installed Garbage Disposer, installed Gas range, installed Dishwasher, installed Refrigerator, installed Microwave, replaced kitchen hallway and entry tiles with neutral color tiles
• Bathrooms: Prep, sanded, primed and painted cabinets, replaced 3 toilets
• Exterior: Pressure washed, prep and painted, Balcony and overhung repairs done, replaced fence and gate left of the house, replaced front door lock
• Living Room: Re-faced furnace, removed existing stones, prep and installed quartz panels similar to kitchen top color
• Guest Bathroom: Replaced wall light, replaced flooring with tiles, replaced window glass
• Laundry Room: Replaced laundry room faucet
• Primary Bathroom: Built new drain line, new vent, new water copper pipes, built new shower base, installed soap dishes, installed shower water fixture, installed a humidity sensing exhaust fan, installed mosaic shower pan floor tiles and 6-inch mosaic accent between Quartz wall, installed accessories in brushed nickel
• Dining Room: Installed 5-Light Chrome Modern/Contemporary Crystal Chandelier
