Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed luxury vinyl flooring and new baseboards throughout all rooms. Patched and painted walls, ceilings, and trim in all rooms except bathrooms. Installed new sheetrock on various ceilings and provided additional coats of paint on new baseboards.
• Exterior: Patched and painted exterior walls, eaves, trim, doors, gutters, fascia, downspouts, and the garage door.
• Primary Bath: Demolished the existing shower and replaced damaged subfloor and beams. Installed a new shower pan, 60” shower unit walls, and a glass shower door. Installed new shower head and controls. Patched and painted the bathroom and installed trim around the skylight.
• Hall Bath: Demolished the existing tub and replaced the shower wall and water-damaged floor. Installed a new 60” tub, glass shower doors, and new shower and tub fixtures. Installed a Quartz vanity top with a new sink and faucet. Patched and painted the bathroom, vanity, and interior closet, and added trim around the skylight.
• Kitchen: Installed Quartz countertops. Patched and painted kitchen cabinets and wood window sills. Prepared and textured walls after wood removal. Installed a Milgard sliding glass door with a brown vinyl frame.
• Living Room: Installed sheetrock in all sections of the ceiling. Patched and painted wood above the fireplace and bookcases.
• Bedroom & Bonus Rooms: Installed sheetrock on ceilings in the second bedroom and bonus/laundry room. Installed trim around the laundry room. In the primary bedroom, installed sheetrock around new windows, added trim to the skylight, and updated the closet by removing drawers and adding a new front face.
• Windows: Installed several new windows throughout the home, including single-hung and picture windows, as well as replacement glass for others.
