Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Patched & painted walls, ceilings, trims & doors, removed medicine cabinets, ironing boards & benches, replaced door knobs, handles & hinges, installed new outlets & covers, installed new GFCI in kitchen & bathrooms, installed smoke detectors, replaced sub panels, installed ceiling light fixtures throughout, repaired bathroom plumbing, replaced electrical panel, sanded & refinished floor in living & dining room, installed new baseboards, installed new vinyl wrapping & insulation on windows.
• Exterior: Painted storage shed exterior, painted all exterior eaves, walls, trims & doors, painted deck, power washed roof, replaced gutters over garage, installed roof over half section of the deck, trimmed all trees, removed low deck & small fence in front yard, removed fence in back yard, installed mail box.
• Hall Bathroom: Patched & painted vanity cabinets, installed vanity lights, installed new toilet, repaired light switches, installed new fixtures in shower.
• Primary Bathroom: Patched & painted vanity cabinets, installed ceiling fan, installed vanity lights, installed new toilet.
• Kitchen: Installed new vinyl flooring, installed new quartz countertops, installed new refrigerator, installed new range, installed new microwave, installed dishwasher, installed kitchen faucet, installed garbage disposal, installed hinges & knobs in cabinets.
• Living Room: Installed wall sconces, patched & painted fireplace.
• Bedroom #2: Installed new low profile carpet.
• Garage: Painted garage floor
