Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, sanded wood ceilings, prime & paint, installed smoke and CO detectors
• Stair landing, basement: Removed laminate, installed new hardwood flooring, sanded & sealed, repaired step and baseboard by stair entrance, repaired closet doors, removed part of built in, new facing trim, installed trim above baseboard by sliding door, installed pocket door hardware to bathroom
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, moved cable wire behind beam to living room light, repaired ceiling around light junction boxes, installed window trim to even out drywall, repaired wall where baseboard was removed, installed new caulk around the sink, installed new grout/caulk at top of backsplash tile
• Dining Room: Repaired patch in hallway and after dining bench removal, replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Foyer: Replaced wall mount light
• Living room: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, added facing trim on shelf edges
• Hallway: Replaced wall mount light
• Master bedroom: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Master bathroom: Replaced vanity light
• Stairs: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Bedroom #2: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Office: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Upstairs bathroom: New caulking around tub and shower, installed tile floor, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, repaired vanity plumbing in the wall
• Downstairs bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel ring & toilet paper holder
• Laundry: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, built base for cabinet
• Exterior: Replaced wall mount light
