Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, installed all knobs and hinges, interior ADU painted, installed smoke / carbon detectors, replaced missing electrical outlet covers
• Exterior: Painted Facade and trim, painted front door, powerwashed, painted front railing, painted Rear Deck, removed overhang over front stairs, replaced front porch light, replaced backyard exterior wall lights, done general cleanup and tree trimming, simple repair done for backyard fence, added mulch / gravel
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, replaced kitchen ceiling lights with retrofit recessed lights, moved kitchen pendant to be centered with seating area and installed new light fixture, installed hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, built cabinet doors for sink cabinet with bathroom vanity doors, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, framed bench for seating area in kitchen, installed range, installed hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Laundry: Installed bedroom closet doors, installed washer/dryer
• Living Room: Removed track lighting, added LED strip lighting to top of beams
• Office: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, replaced wall sconces
• Dining Room: Capped dining room light
• Primary Bedroom: Replaced primary bedroom flush mount ceiling light
• Bedrooms: Replaced closet lights
• Bathroom 1: Replaced vanity light, added a second vanity light, repaired subfloor due to moisture, repaired shower wall due to moisture issues, installed prefab niche, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Bathroom 2: Painted vanity, replaced vanity light, refinished bathtub surround and tub, removed ledge above vanity and toilet, installed tile floor, installed extraction fan and vent to exterior, installed toilet, installed countertops and hardware, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Fireplace: Fireproofed, tiled fireplace
• ADU: Installed range, replaced countertop, sink, and faucet
