Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Patched and painted all interior walls, ceilings, and closets. Primed and painted all wood trim, door frames, window sills, crown molding, and baseboards. Replaced all electrical plugs, switches, dimmers, 6-inch recessed trims, and the doorbell chime box. Installed updated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors alongside new interior, bifold, and front door hardware.
• Exterior & Yards: Patched and painted the complete exterior siding and trim. Replaced damaged eave boards on the left side of the house. Swapped eight exterior carriage lights across the garage, front entry, and backyard. Cleaned weeds, pruned plants, trimmed trees, laid fresh mulch, planted new front driveway shrubs, and provided whole-home staging.
• Kitchen: Completely gutted and hauled away original cabinets, counters, and appliances. Installed new cabinetry with 32 modern pulls, quartz countertops, a matching tile backsplash, and tile flooring. Connected a gas cooktop, undermount sink, faucet, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, and a new refrigerator with a dedicated water line.
• Primary Bath: Upgraded the vanity with new quartz countertops and dual sinks while preserving the original faucets. Swapped out cabinet pulls, mounted two new vanity mirrors, updated the light fixtures, painted the cabinet exterior, and replaced a leaking shower valve.
• Hall Bath: Installed a single-basin quartz countertop and sink assembly using the existing hardware. Mounted a new vanity mirror, added seven updated cabinet pulls, and painted the exterior of the vanity cabinet.
• Living & Family Room: Primed and painted the living room fireplace structure. Installed new light fixtures in the dining room, family room, and bedrooms, including a dedicated entrance recessed light for the primary suite.
• Bedrooms, Bar & Garage: Installed two new colonial white closet doors and three replacement closet rods. Transformed the family room wet bar with a new countertop, drawer pulls, and cabinet fronts matching the kitchen. Upgraded the garage with a fire-rated entry door, a new 40-gallon water heater, and a hardwired combination smoke/CO detector.
