Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed carpet, removed tile from the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, installed waterproof vinyl planks throughout including the bathrooms and kitchen, stair treads and risers, installed new base-shoe molding throughout, painted all the walls, ceilings and the new shoe base of the whole house and the garage, painted the underside of the stairs.
• Kitchen: Installed new recessed lights, removed the cabinet doors, hardware, sanded face of cabinets and painted cabinets to the color of choice, removed the appliances, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed range and hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwashe
• Primary bathroom: Installed new prefab vanity with 2 sinks, installed 2 new faucets, replaced the vanity light
• Guest bath: Replaced the vanity light
