Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed door knobs, stops & hinges, replaced ceiling lights throughout the house, replaced light switches with rocker switch, removed carpet in second floor, installed LVP flooring throughout the house, patched & painted walls, ceilings, trims & doors
• Exterior: Installed flush mount wall lights , replaced concrete steps, removed old fence, added mulch in front and back yard, planted native grasses, painted all exterior siding & trim, replaced damaged shingles, repaired chimney hole, repaired sprinkler system, painted chimney.
• Primary Bath: Installed LED mirror, canceled non functional light switch, installed toilet paper holder & hand towel holder, installed retrofit recessed light over shower.
• Hall Closet: Rebuilt closet, removed closet door, installed drywall.
• Garage: Installed door to garage.
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier.
• Living Room: Replaced thermostat.
• Powder Room: Replaced outlet with GFCI, installed vanity mirror, installed toilet, installed wallpaper, ran new electric line, painted vanity, installed toilet, installed ceiling light, patched drywall.
• Kitchen: Installed recessed lights, installed sub panel, installed new circuit for recessed lighting, installed new circuit for refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher & range hood, installed pendant light, installed new cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed garbage disposal, installed countertop substrate, installed peninsula countertop, installed straight countertops, installed tile backsplash, installed induction cooktop, installed range hood with extractor fan, installed wall oven & microwave, installed refrigerator with water hook up, installed dishwasher, repaired wall, removed wall and poured concrete to build new one, relocated water pipes, installed cabinet lights.
• Primary Bedroom: Installed ceiling light & switch, installed curtain rods.
• Guest Bedroom: Removed shelves, taped & mudded, installed electrical line to ceiling light, installed ceiling light & switch.
• Crawlspace: Asbestos duct removed, installed HVAC duct.
