Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Demolished flooring/carpeting, installed new LVP, installed new baseboards throughout, skim coated ceiling, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, installed new bi-folding door on entrance, installed interior door knobs, installed sliding door/wall partition, installed new hinges throughout home, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced/updated can lights, installed new smoke Alarm / CO2 detectors, updated all outlets and switches throughout
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights, installed cabinets, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, installed floating shelves, installed cabinet hardware, rerouted electrical circuit from kitchen pillar, updated electrical switches to decora/rocker switch, moved wiring/installed outlet for range hood, installed GFCI outlets in Kitchen and bathrooms
• Primary Bath: Replaced vanity light, replaced heat lamp with LED Can light, replaced extraction fan, glazed jetted tub, tile skirt & tile wall, installed new jetted tub temp valve and volume valve, drain, new jet covers & hardware, installed new toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar bar set
• Bathroom 2: Replaced vanity light, replaced heat lamp with LED Can light, replaced extraction fan, repaired shower plumbing and drain, glazed shower stall, installed fixed rain shower head, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar set, installed new shower stall, installed new glass shower doors, installed shower valve/shower head, temp plate
