- Kitchen: painted cabinet drawers, doors and frames, added new hinges to the cabinet doors, replaced 6" recessed can light with new LED can, installed under-mount sink & faucet, installed sink bows, p-trap & disposal and air switch, supplied quartz slab, fabricated and installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed receptacles as needed

- Sitting/Dining Room: new tile floor plank installed

- Front Door: installed front door, door knob and deadbolt & hinges

- Bathroom: installed toilet/exhaust fan and lights, installed vanity mirror, recaulked around tub and sliding shower door
