Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed all door knobs & locks, replaced light bulbs.
• Exterior: Replaced speakers, replaced backyard outlet, installed downspout, repaired dry rot on windowsill.
• Primary Bath: Replaced showerhead, replaced grab bar in shower, installed freestanding tub & faucet, installed tile under tub, installed shower floor & surround tile, waterproofed floor, replaced flush mount, replaced wall sconces.
• Guest Bath: Installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter & sink, installed caulking around tub, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, replaced vanity lights, replaced shower flush mount, replaced wall sconce.
• Office Bath: Refinished shower enclosure with epoxy coating, caulked around shower, installed prefab vanity cabinet counter & sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, replaced vanity lights.
• Powder Bath: Replaced sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, replaced sconce.
• Kitchen: Replaced pendant light over kitchen island, replaced under cabinet lightning with LED strips, installed cabinet hardware, installed island countertop, refinished toe kick, installed new garbage disposal cord, repaired cabinet defects, replaced broken frosted glass, replaced pantry shelving.
• Primary Bedroom: Replaced hallway & closet sconces.
• Hallway: Replaced wall sconces.
• Guest Bedroom: Replaced track lighting, replaced center flush mount.
• Office: Relocated track lighting to the center of the room.
• Laundry: Replaced countertop, replaced utility sink & faucet, repaired corroded water lines by water
