• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, installed new front door and lock
• Exterior: Frosted glass panel replaced
• Laundry: Replaced washer & dryer, installed countertop (includes materials)
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced vanity light, Frame curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Kids Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, repaired drywall around shower, installed prefab niche, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed tile walls in tub, installed tile niche, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Kitchen: Opened a passing door from kitchen to the back room, removed a water radiant wall heater, opened a portion of sheetrock wall, cup the copper pipe into the wall, patched the sheetrock wall and finished, removed portion of the kitchen cabinet, and finished a side wall of the cabinet, replaced under sink cabinet wood floor
• Entry way: Cut off a wall in the hallway and converted it to a pony wall
