Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all door hardware, removed tiles downstairs floors, installed new baseboards where tiles were removed, installed new LVT downstairs, replaced carpet upstairs, patched and painted walls, ceilings, doors and trims, removed popcorn ceiling.
• Primary Bathroom: Installed frameless sliding shower door, installed tile floor, added epoxy surrounding shower, replaced extraction, installed vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring and toilet paper holder, repaired wall next to vanity, replaced medicine cabinet with new mirror, replaced toilet, installed new vanity lights, installed new flush mount, replaced sink valve.
• Downstairs Bathroom: Removed tall linen, patched and painted vanity cabinet and installed new hardware, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar and toilet paper holder, installed new fan, installed new vanity lights, replaced sink valve.
• Upstairs Bathroom: Patched and painted vanity cabinet and installed new hardware, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar and toilet paper holder, added epoxy surrounding tub/shower, installed new vanity lights, replaced sink valve.
• Kitchen: Patched and painted cabinets, installed cabinet hardware, installed dishwasher air gap, installed new dishwasher, replaced sink valve.
• Dining Room: Installed lock at back sliding door, removed chandelier, replaced with new light fixture.
• Entry: Replaced front door and hardware.
• Bedroom 1: Replaced sliding closet door, removed fan light and installed flush mount light, installed new light switch.
• Bedroom 2: Removed fan light and installed flush mount light.
• Living Room: Removed fan and installed chandelier.
