Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Removed popcorn ceilings, patched and painted all interior surfaces, and installed new luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards throughout. Replaced all interior doors, hardware, and light bulbs while providing professional design and permit services.
• Exterior: Patched and painted exterior walls and trim, replaced the front and side doors, and updated the facade with stacked stone. Repaired water-damaged rafters/fascia and overhauled the backyard with a new lawn and shed removal.
• Primary Bath: Framed a new layout and prepared all-new plumbing and electrical for a complete reconstruction. Installed a freestanding tub, large-format tile shower, frameless sliding door, and two new vanities with matching fixtures.
• Hall & Half Baths: Updated both bathrooms with new toilets, vanities, mirrors, and hardware. The hall bath received a new slider shower door and extraction fan, while the half bath was refreshed with wallpaper removal and new paint.
• Kitchen: Executed an open-concept transformation by removing a wall and reinforcing the structure. Installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, and a full suite of high-end appliances including a 36" range and hood.
• Family Room: Enlarged the dining room opening by removing the bar and built-in cabinetry. Replaced the old fireplace stone with new tile and installed a modern electrical fireplace box.
• Garage: Deep-cleaned the space by removing old cabinets and patching walls. Installed durable epoxy flooring, framed a new ceiling, and relocated the dryer for a more functional laundry setup.
