Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Retouched and painted walls as needed, installed LVP flooring, installed baseboards, Leak and pipes repaired, Roof replaced, removed hooks and window treatment tracks, patched small holes, removed hooks from ceilings, replaced all missing window screens, checked all electrical wiring, outlets and switches, replaced the bulbs in closets, installed new CO and dual detectors per code
• Exterior: Patched, repaired, and painted all walls, trims, beams, garage door and front door, sewer Lateral repaired, capped exposed outlets in corner, removed and capped old bulb outlet, removed all posts and their bases, removed metal screen door, trimmed all long beams, patched and finished edges, installed house numbers, removed old security system box, replaced mailbox, replaced exterior outlets and added weather covers, repaired bell, added pea gravel, plants, stepping stones, pavers & mulch for landscaping
• Living room: Painted living room walls and trims, painted inside fireplace, opened up wall between back room and living room,
• Dining area: Patched and smoothed out crack in beam
• Hallway: Painted the edge of the display shelving, trimmed the edges of the bulletin boards, installed light fixture,
• Garage: Replaced garage structural beam, post & post hardware, re-installed top glass panel, refaced garage door, and replaced jambs
• Dining area: Tightened window crank of the glass shutters
• Library: Fixed glass sliding door, replaced missing screen on glass shutters window, removed two heaters and installed wood panels to fill gap, installed mini split unit
• Laundry room: Repaired and painted wall behind boiler, removed all nails and hooks off beam, replaced door threshold, closed off laundry room to create a separate passage to garage, performed boiler repairs
• Kitchen: Replaced wire of one of the pendant lights near oven, installed light fixture, installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed middle island; cabinets and countertop, installed electrical range at island, installed microwave oven combo, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, replaced fan cover
• Hallway bathroom: Replaced light fixture, replaced exterior door, painted door and surround same color as exterior color, repaired wall around tub, painted around skylight opening, replaced towel bars, same size, replaced toilet paper holder, installed new toilet, installed countertop and backsplash, installed undermount sinks, installed new tub, installed tiles and prefab niche, installed new shower, tub fixtures, installed new vanity light, painted vanity, removed top shelf, adjusted the remaining two shelves
• Primary closet: Installed light fixture
• Primary Bathroom: Installed countertop, backsplash, and undermount sink, painted existing vanity cabinet, installed prefab niche in shower, installed new shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tiles in shower, base and surround, replaced medicine cabinet, scraped off calcium build-up behind door, installed new toilet, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed door hinge stopper, primed and painted ceiling, painted around skylight opening
• Primary Bedroom: Installed top-down Bottom-up honey comb shades
• Bedrooms 1 & 2: Installed blinds on windows
• Family room: Replaced yellow cracked panels with clear glass
• Back rooms: Stained walls of the 3 back bedrooms
