Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor sanded and polished, removed and disposed of carpet in bedrooms, installed new baseboards, patched & painted walls, ceiling, trim & doors, installed all interior door knobs and hinges, replaced all switch + outlet covers, replaced all lighting bedrooms, halls, correctly strapped the hot water heater in the garage, garage firewall repaired, replaced foundation ventilation screens, repaired dry rot and drywood termite damage at the garage side door jamb trim,
• Exterior: Replaced outlets to ground fault with weatherproof covers, trimmed and cleaned front and rear yard, added plants + mulch, pressure washed entry and driveway
• Kitchen: Sanded and painted cabinets, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, installed cabinet hardware, replaced disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed Cooktop, installed extractor fan, disposed of refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Loft Area: Installed new carpet
• Hall bath: Sanded and painted cabinets, replaced vanity light, ceiling light + fan, repaired drywall as needed, installed counter + Sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed cabinet hardware, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced bedroom ceiling light remove wall light, replaced vanity light, ceiling light + fan, installed fixed shower head, temp valve, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Powder Bath: Replaced vanity light, ceiling light + fan, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed new toilet, installed towel ring, + toilet paper holder
• Living Room: Removed track light
