• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, trims, frames and doors
• Office: Replaced floor planks
• Family Room: Retouched damaged planks
• 2nd Floor: Replaced wood trim
• Exterior: Sanded and painted both sides of doors,
• Dining and bedroom: Replaced blinds
• Bathroom 1: Replaced door trim, replaced tub drain
• Kitchen: Painted cabinets, primed and painted, installed door rail in laundry door
• Bathroom 2: Replaced tub drain
• Upstairs bathroom: Touched up bathtub
• Master bathroom: Replaced gaster between glass door and bracket, installed paper holder,
• Stairs: Replaced and painted stair guardrail baluster, installed handrail terminating wall rosette
