Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed smoke detectors, installed pendant lights, installed semi flush mount ceiling lights, installed, replaced all bathrooms vanity lights, replaced switches, outlets & covers, sanded hardwood floor, installed carpet in stairs & landing, patched & painted walls, ceilings & trim
• Exterior: Power washed patio, deck, front entry & facade,
• Primary Bathroom: Installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter & sink, installed sink faucet
• Garage: Reinstalled the insulation around piping
• Kitchen: Installed new cabinetry hardware
