- Dining Room: Removed vinyl sheet flooring, removed mastic, applied sealant on floor, primed and painted using encapsulation paint, installed luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards, damaged wood repaired in dining room corner, relocated dining room chandelier, patched and painted ceiling
- Family room: Removed vinyl sheet flooring, removed mastic, applied sealant on floor, primed and painted using encapsulation paint, installed luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards, replaced bell cover box, replaced ceiling light fixtures
- Living room: Painted fireplace bricks, painted mantel, painted inside fireplace
- Bathrooms: Sanded, primed, and painted bathroom vanities, replaced vanity lights
- Garage: Patched all walls in garage before painting, removed wall shelves in garage, organize wiring and electrical at garage door opener at the ceiling, installed x3 LED ceiling lights
- Exterior: Patched and painted walls, trims, and front door, painted cement in front door area, kitchen side door, and backside patio door area, patched cracks in concrete, removed all unnecessary hanging wires, replaced all exterior lights, replaced exterior outlet on back patio by sliding glass door, repaired security light at side of garage, upgraded electrical panel,
- Front: Front door lock repaired for a smoother function, checked switch to front porch light, wired for new lighting, connected to existing light switch, installed light fixture, ceiling mount exterior front
- Entrance hallway: Replaced return vent cover
- Primary bathroom: Covered pipe opening under sink with flange plate, patched damaged wood inside vanity for a unified look, caulked around sink/countertop edge, secured toilet, and sealed base
- Hallway bathroom: Installed two mirrors on both sides, glazed bathtub and surround tiles, caulked around edges, fixed damage under toilet, secured toilet, and sealed base, sanded and primed wooden trim by window edge
