Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed and disposed of carpet, refinished existing wood floors, removed popcorn ceiling, mudded & sanded, painted walls, ceilings, window coverings and exterior of the house, installed door knobs and hinges, replaced outlets / switches / covered to be white
• Kitchen: Installed wood flooring, installed baseboards, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, Install countertops, installed backsplash, painted kitchen cabinets, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed cabinet hardware, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Basement: Removed toe kick and installed baseboards in basement
• Bedrooms: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights
• Main Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, patched drywall for paint, installed floor tile, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• Upstairs Room: Installed pendant light
• Hallway: Replaced recessed shower light
• Laundry Room: Replaced wall lights
• Backyard Deck: Painted exterior on 2 sides, painted interior of backyard structure, removed ceiling tiles, removed window coverings and mirrors, removed bar
