Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor refinished, removed carpet on main level where hardwood floors underneath, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, removed wallpaper in closets & window coverings, painted basement cabinetry, changed electrical outlets, switches and covers, Sewer Lateral Replacement done, carpeted 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs
• Kitchen: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, Baseboards installed, installed cabinets, installed cabinet hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed oven/range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Exterior: Powerwashed house and back deck, painted fence on back deck
• Main level bath: Provided and replaced bathroom door, steam cleaned tile
• Entry Foyer: Replaced entry foyer light
• Living Room: Replaced living room ceiling light
• Dining Room: Replaced dining room ceiling light, painted paneling & cabinetry in dining
• Bathrooms: Replaced bathroom lights
• Basement: Replaced basement kitchen light, added plastic cover over ceiling light, put the ceiling tiles (on site) back in place, steam cleaned basement bedroom carpets
• Main Level Kitchen: Added Recessed lights in kitchen
• Bedrooms: Replaced bedroom ceiling lights
• Backyard: Removed weeds and mulch (no weed barrier), replaced roofing material and add plywood on backyard shed, removed gate
