Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Replaced door knobs, hinges & locksets, installed smoke detectors, replaced light fixtures throughout, installed fireplace tiles in living room & primary bedroom, patched & painted walls, ceilings, trim & handrailing, painted outlets
• Main Level Bath: Refinished shower tiles, installed toilet, installed vanity, installed faucet, installed mirror, installed bath accessories, replaced bathroom fan.
• Primary Bath: Refinished shower tiles, replaced tub faucet, installed toilet, installed countertops & sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity hardware, installed bath accessories.
• Lower Level Bath: Installed vanity hardware, patched holes left from removing the shower enclosure, refinished tub, installed faucets, installed countertops & sinks, installed bath accessories, installed shower rod.
• Kitchen: Installed cabinet hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertops, installed tile backsplash, installed cooktop, installed dishwasher, removed pantry shelving, painted cabinets.
