Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all door hardware, replaced carpet, patched and painted walls, ceilings, doors and trims, installed smoke detectors.
• Kitchen: Removed pendant above peninsula, installed cabinet hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertops, installed backsplash, painted kitchen cabinets.
• Dining Room: Replaced track light with pendant.
• Living Room: Replaced fan with flush mount light.
• Stairs: Replaced wall sconces, touched up railing paint.
• Bedroom: Replaced flush mount light.
• Full Bath Hall: Replaced vanity lights, installed sink faucet, installed shower head, installed countertop and sink, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, refinished tub and shower, installed frameless glass enclosure.
• Full Bath Primary: Replaced vanity lights, installed sink faucet, installed shower head, installed countertop and sink, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed frameless glass enclosure, refinished tub and shower.
• Half Bath Main level: Replaced vanity lights, installed vanity mirror.
