Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all door hardware, removed popcorn ceilings, replaced carpet, patched and painted walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, trims and fireplace, replaced outlets & switches, installed all light bulbs, installed smoke detectors, installed hardwood on the main level, installed baseboards, installed carpet, installed engineered hardwood, replaced doorbell, replaced all cabinet doors and drawers
• Kitchen: Painted cabinets, installed cabinet hardware, installed faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops and sink, installed backsplash, installed range, installed microwave hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, removed linoleum, replaced kitchen ceiling light with retrofit, replaced kitchen seating pendant
• Garage: Epoxy and painted garage
• Entry: Repaired and painted front door, replaced entry beam fixture, replaced pendant, repaired & painted front door
• Laundry: Installed LVT
• Main level Bathroom: Installed vanity lights, installed toilet, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed toilet paper holder and towel ring, installed floor tiles, installed prefab vanity countertop and sink
• Primary Bathroom: Installed vanity lights, changed bathtub to shower and framed shower curb, removed medicine cabinet and patched the wall, installed prefab niche, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve, volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile walls, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter & sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed toilet paper holder, robe hook, towel bar & towel ring
• Upstairs Hall Bathroom: Installed vanity lights, removed medicine cabinet and patched the wall, installed prefab niche, installed pivot glass panel for enclosure, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed tile walls, installed tile niche, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, toilet paper holder
• Staircase: Replaced pendant
• Dining Room: Replaced pendant
• Primary Bedroom: Installed Plywood over mirror in door
