Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor refinished, replaced Interior door knobs, replaced the broken inoperable windows, painted throughout - walls, ceiling and trim, replaced all door handles and hinges
• Kitchen/Laundry: Installed laminate flooring, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator (including water hook-up), installed dishwasher, installed washer, installed dryer.
• Bedroom: Fixed closet door
• Living room: Repaired the built in cabinet door
• Bathroom: installed tile floor (shower and toilet), installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed toilet, installed vanity mirror, installed vanity light fixture, installed toilet wall sconce, glazed the tub and shower walls, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, replaced the showerhead and trim system, replaced angle stop at hot water valve in bathroom.
