Freemodel was founded in 2020 in Burlingame, California and has continuously added value to our agent partners’ sales process with each pre-renovation we take on, while helping everyone earn more on the sale. We remove the barriers that prevent homes selling for what they are worth with an accessible Pre-Sales Program that includes the design, planning, on-site management and funding of our client’s renovations.
