Lida is the founding principal of ReVe Partners and a versatile architect, real estate developer, and creative strategist based in Los Angeles. She earned her Master of Architecture from SCI-Arc and her Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson. Before launching her practice in 2014, Lida honed her expertise at leading architectural firms in Southern California and New York.

Her multidisciplinary studio specializes in luxury residential design–build projects that thoughtfully weave together striking architectural forms and lush garden environments. Lida is deeply committed to sustainable, wellness-centered design. She emphasizes natural light, healthy materials, optimized acoustics, seamless indoor–outdoor flow, and energy-efficient systems to create homes that foster comfort, calm, and well-being.

Lida particularly thrives on designing complex, precision-oriented spaces like kitchens and master bathrooms, which have a profound impact on daily life. She is also well-versed in reimagining entire floor plans—skillfully transforming existing layouts into more functional, visually cohesive homes touching every room. Her Scandinavian-inspired, minimalist sensibility brings modern elegance and timelessness to every project.
