Inspired by my 8-year-old’s bold declaration, “I wanna be a builder and a boss!”, I set out to build something more meaningful — for us and for our community. With a long tenure in project management and team leadership, I find purpose in uncovering hidden value and creating outcomes that bring intention and impact to both people and places. After several years immersed in homebuilding and remodeling, my mission is simple: I believe in the power of home. It’s where we heal, grow, and thrive — and I love being part of that transformation.

I especially enjoy partnering with homeowners and agents to reduce stress and unlock a home's full market potential. Drawing from my hands-on project leadership experience, relationship-building skills, and candid communication style, I approach every project — whether a simple refresh or a major overhaul — with strategy, care, and a get-it-done “Eady-tude,” a term inspired by my daughter’s legendary determination.

When I’m not wearing my steel-toe boots, I’m a proud mom to my daughter, two dogs, and a wondrous orange cat. We love being outdoors, exploring small towns, and building a life full of creativity, connection, and plenty of couch time. I’m also deeply committed to giving back to my local community, where I believe safe, beautiful housing should be within reach for all.
