Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Replaced door knobs & deadbolts, installed smoke detectors, installed ceiling lights, sanded, refinished & applied stain to hardwood floors, removed carpet, replaced LVP flooring, prime & painted walls, ceiling, trim, doors, jamb & casing, fireplace.
• Exterior: Replaced front gate lock, primed & painted back of the house, windows & trim, painted front gate.
• Bathroom 1: Installed bathroom accessories & medicine cabinets, installed vanity & faucet, installed vanity lights, reglazed bathroom floor, wall & shower tile.
• Bathroom 2: Installed bathroom accessories & medicine cabinets, installed sink, faucet & toilet, installed vanity lights.
• Kitchen: Installed cabinet hardware, installed refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher, double oven & stovetop, painted cabinets.
