Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced interior door knobs & hinges, installed door stops, replaced lighting fixtures, refinished hardwood floors, replaced carpet upstairs, installed one 3-way switch for stairwell lighting, painted & patched all interior walls, ceiling & trims, replaced double pane windows & exterior trim.
• Exterior: Filled with concrete the left side of front door, repaired damaged deck, installed water pressure regulator, installed sump pump, replaced damaged sidings, painted walls, trims and wood chimney.
• Primary Bathroom: Remade the layout of small closet and bathroom, installed a pocket door, installed curb shower, installed shower system, trim, valve & drain, installed tile walls & floor, installed new exhaust fan, installed toilet, installed vanity cabinet, countertop & sink, installed sink faucet, installed LED mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder.
• Guest Bedroom: Installed new mirror closet door, installed air register.
• Downstairs Hall Bathroom: Reglazed shower walls & tub, replaced shower head, replaced exhaust fan, installed new toilet, replaced cabinet door handles, installed LED mirror, installed bathroom accessories, installed wall paper behind vanity.
• Upstairs Hall Bathroom: Reglazed shower tub, painted existing vanity & changed handles, replaced shower head, replaced exhaust fan, installed new toilet, installed LED mirror, installed bathroom accessories, replaced outlet with GFCI outlet.
• Entry: Replaced floor tiles.
• Kitchen: Raised kitchen ceiling and removed closet, installed new tile flooring, installed new wire line, installed new cabinets and handles, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed garbage disposal and air switch, installed prefab countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed new hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher.
• Garage: Patched the hole at water heater tank platform, repaired damaged wall, installed weather seal on garage door, repaired cracks on the floor, installed TPR discharge pipe.
• Crawlspace: Repaired damaged wood framing, installed vent screens.
