Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring planks installed w/ underlayment padding, installed new baseboards, removed existing carpet, patched & painted walls, ceiling, trim, railings and doors, repaired and patched walls from electrical work, repaired damaged bedroom ceiling.
• Kitchen: Replaced existing recessed lights, installed drop-in sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed dishwasher.
• Living Room: Replaced existing recessed lights, installed curtain rods for sheers.
• Entry: Replaced existing recessed lights.
• Hallway / Stairs: Replaced existing recessed lights.
• Primary & Living Room Closets: Replaced light.
• 3 Bathrooms: Replaced vanity light, replaced exhaust fan.
• 3 Bedrooms: Ran wiring, installed new LED recessed lighting.
• Primary Bed / Bath: Framed curbed shower, installed tile floor, repaired water damaged area, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed wood baseboards, installed curtain rods for sheers, installed seamless shower glass door, installed new shower kit.
