Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Repaired, caulked and painted the entire house walls and ceiling, new light switch covers installed after the painting, all the interior doors sanded and painted, new LED retrofit lights fixtures installed
• Bathrooms: Removed all the carpet with padding in the three bathrooms and installed TG Vinyl flooring, installed shower heads
• Bedrooms: New ceiling fans installed
• Kitchen: Removed the appliances, wall cabinets, base cabinets, granite countertops, and full backsplashes. new LED retrofit lights fixtures installed, damaged drywall repaired and textured, installed new wall cabinets and base cabinets, with plywood hardtop, installed prefabricated countertop slab with six inches Backsplash,
• Guest Bathroom: Repaired damaged drywall, new vanity installed with prefabricated countertop, sink, and faucet, replaced tub fixtures, lights, mirror, towel bars, toilet, and faucet, new exhaust fan installed, installed sliding glass shower door
• Primary Bathroom 1: Repaired damaged drywall, new vanity installed with prefabricated countertop, sink, and faucet, tiles in the bathtub skirting and backsplash cleaned and re-grouted,
• Primary Bathroom with bathtub: New vanity installed with prefabricated countertop, replaced tub fixtures, lights, mirror, towel bars, toilet, and faucet
• Primary Bathroom with shower: New vanity installed with prefabricated countertop, cleaned and re-grouted tiles in the shower, replaced shower fixtures, lights, mirror, towel bars, toilet, and faucet
• Primary Bedroom: Removed base cabinet with sink and wall
• cabinet, capped off and canceled the sink water lines and drain, Fireplace repaired
• Hallway: Replaced base cabinet and countertop with new 27-inch base cabinet with the prefabricated countertop slab
• Living Room: Replaced Entertainment cabinet in the living room., window replaced
• Garage: Painted wall and epoxy floor
• Front Entry: Front door repaired, added new hardware, painted the door frame and patched around door
• Laundry room: New cabinetry installed with pulls and countertops.
• Sunroom: Installed New Interior / Exterior Door, painted and replaced door knob hardware.
• Exterior: New saltillo tiles with sealant and grout installed
• Sunroom: Window repaired and wheel replaced, installed New Interior / Exterior Door (with window), painted and replaced door knob hardware, casement window crank replaced, 21x55 Corner IG replaced, sliding door handle replaced,
• Balcony: Balcony door knob replaced
