Led by a skilled team of Freemodel's Project Director William Purcell and Brava Real Estate’s Sherri Howe and Ceily Landman, this home underwent a meticulous modernization while maintaining its charm. All rooms had hardwood floors sanded, refinished, and walls, ceilings, trims, and doors prepared and painted. The kitchen gained new cabinet pulls, a polished stainless steel backsplash, primed and painted cabinets, and spot light fixtures. Bathrooms had floor tiles cleaned, grout refreshed, and new silicone applied around plumbing fixtures. The primary bathroom received new accessories and vanity light fixtures. The roof was primed, painted, and equipped with a stainless steel chimney cap. The living room got pendant and recessed light fixtures, while the primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 saw new lighting installations. Bedrooms 1 and 3 were updated with new carpet and underlayment for a cozy finish.

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All Rooms: Sanded, refinished, applied stain and waterborne satin finish on existing hardwood floor, prepared & painted walls, ceiling, trim, doors, jamb & casing
• Kitchen: Installed new cabinet pulls, installed polished stainless steel backsplash behind oven, primed and painted kitchen cabinets, installed spot light fixtures
• All Bathrooms: Cleaned floor tile and grout, applied new silicone bead around plumbing fixtures
• Primary Bathroom: Installed new bathroom accessories, installed vanity light fixtures, primed and painted vanity cabinet
• Bath 1: Primed and painted vanity cabinet, installed vanity light fixture
• Roof: Prepared, primed and painted roof decking, installed stainless steel chimney cap/ spark arrestor
• Living Room: Installed pendant light fixture, installed recessed light fixtures
• Primary Bedroom: Installed recessed light fixtures
• Bedroom 2: Installed semi flush light fixture
• Bedroom 1 & 3: Installed new carpet and underlayment.
