Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched and painted walls, ceiling and trim, installed smoke detector, replaced wall sconces, installed LVT, baseboard and underlayment, replaced all outlets switches and faceplates
• Kitchen: Installed kitchen light, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced countertops, replaced sink and faucet, replaced drop down ceiling fixture, demolished old cabinets and installed new cabinets and handles
