Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed LVP in unfinished area, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors, trim & railings, installed interior door knobs, updated LED Can Lights retrofit, updated rocker switches to white, updated outlet/switch plates throughout
• Exterior: Fixed, patched, painted fascia & trim, installed Juliette balcony, added insulation needed in exterior walls
• Family room: Repaired drywall
• Powder Room: Installed thin sliding door, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar set, installed wood baseboards
• Primary Bath: Replaced lighting w/ recessed LEDs, framed curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless hinge shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed niche tile, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar set, installed wood baseboards, installed hinged shower door, repaired main sewer line, scraped away old concrete cap in primary bath, poured new concrete w/dowels, sand & visqueen, capped old tub plumbing coming out of ground, demolished outlet in wall at floor line
• Kitchen: Replaced lighting w/ recessed LEDs, installed cabinets, installed cabinet hardware, installed Faucet, installed air gap cap, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range cooktop, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, moved kitchen exhaust vent, fabricated extra stone waterfall edge, replaced fridge waterline, added new circuits in kitchen, split circuits, added outlet near floor for freestanding range, lowered gas pipe for new range
• Dining Room: Installed ceiling light
• Hall Bath: Replaced lighting w/ recessed LEDs, replaced drywall as needed, installed showerhead/tub, valve set, installed new rainhead shower head, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter, sink & faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar set, installed new bathtub & drainline, valve, trim, shower head diverter spout, installed tile in shower walls
• Closet/Pantry: Closed opening, installed floating shelves/wine racks
