Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced transitional strips for each room, Carpet replaced on the first floor, installed Front door, Door knob & deadbolt, replaced all interior doors, knobs & hinges, replaced all electrical outlets, switches & all cover plates, installed Hardwire smoke detectors, replaced galvanized pipes
• Kitchen: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, replaced Flush Mount Lighting, installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• 1st Floor Bathroom: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, replaced vanity light, reglazed all Shower tile, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• 2nd Floor Bathroom: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, replaced vanity light, re-tiled Tub Backsplash, Shower & shower Pan, reglazed Bathtub, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror/medicine cabinet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards
• 2nd Floor: Hardwood floor refinished, removed, replaced and painted some baseboards around some of the new floorings
• Exterior: Power washed all exterior of front, entry, stairway, and back of house, scraped and Sanded paint, sanded all wood surface, windows glazed, re-caulked wood, primed the wood & stucco, Finished Painting, Entryway flooring washed, prepped, and painted, Replaced Address Numbers, replaced Flush Mount Lighting and Sconce Light
• Garage: Power Washed Garage Floor, painted garage cabinets & replaced missing cabinet front, removed Drywall in both damaged areas, added drywall above door that leads to backyard, added drywall to the wall directly behind the utility sink
• Interior stairwell: Installed handrail, replaced Sconce Light
• 1st Floor Bedroom: Replaced handrail to match stairwell handrail, replaced Flush Mount Lighting
• 2nd Floor Hallway: Replaced Flush Mount Lighting
• Dining Room: Installed Semi-Flush Mount Light, replaced non functional electrical circuit, replaced ceiling drywall
• Living Room: Installed Recessed Lighting, installed Nest thermostat, installed Ring doorbell
• 2nd Floor Bedroom: Replaced Flush Mount Lighting
• Roof: Demolished roof membrane, up to 1 layer, and applied peel-n-stick Elastorflex underlayment, and modified Bitumen torch down, replaced damaged wood deck, cut a new opening in the wall and installed a new scupper unit, replaced front gutter and downspouts, installed 2 new skylights on existing skylight curb
• Bedroom 2: Repaired hardwood floor damage
