Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all flush mount ceiling lights, replaced all light bulbs, replaced all pendants, installed LVT flooring downstairs, replaced carpet upstairs, replaced baseboards, painted walls, ceiling, cabinets & doors
• Exterior: Installed lock for side gate, replaced exterior lights, removed weeds and added mulch in plant beds, powerwashed hardscape areas, cleaned out dryer vent
• Powder Bathroom: Replaced vanity mirror, replaced vanity lights, replaced bathroom fan
• Primary Bathroom: Installed fixed shower head, installed vanity mirrors, replaced vanity lights, replaced bathroom fan, installed junction box for sconce
• Secondary Bathroom: Repaired drywall and wood around shower, installed bathtub, installed prefab niche, replaced fixed shower head, installed temp and volume valves, installed tile walls, replaced bathroom door, replaced vanity lights, replaced bathroom fan, replaced dry rotted window frame
• Kitchen: Installed new countertops, installed backsplash, installed extractor fan, replaced water damaged plywood, replaced under cabinet lights, installed dishwasher
• Garage: Replaced water heater.
