Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed engineered wood flooring on the main level and stairs. Patched and painted all interior walls, ceilings, trim, and doors, and replaced all hardware throughout. Conducted a whole-house deep clean including windows and basement tile.
• Exterior: Power-washed and painted the backyard fence, structure, front door, and garage door. Installed modern tinted garage panels and replaced four exterior light fixtures.
• Primary Bath: Demolished the built-in tub and shower tile surround. Altered plumbing to install a freestanding tub, filler, new countertop, and sink. Refinished shower tiles to white and replaced the vanity light, mirror, and exhaust fan.
• Hallway Bath: Painted the vanity, repaired drywall, and installed a new mirror, faucet, cabinet hardware, and vanity light.
• Kitchen: Painted cabinets and installed prefabricated quartz countertops with a matching solid backsplash. Installed a new sink, faucet, hardware, garbage disposal, and air switch.
• Living Room: Demolished the fireplace tile and hearth. Installed fireproofing, applied a plaster finish, repaired a structural post, and drywalled open shelving. Repaired the rear sliding glass door.
• Foyer & Dining: Repaired entry water damage and framed a new bedroom wall with drywall. Framed and installed a double entry door, repaired the window glass, and hung new foyer and dining chandeliers.
• Basement & Lower Levels: Replaced downstairs bedroom carpet and installed baseboards. Updated the lower kitchen with five new cabinets, quartz counters, a sink, faucet, hardware, and appliances. Refreshed the lower bath with a mirror, faucet, and hardware.
