Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Replaced ceiling lights in bedrooms, hallway & dining room, refinished hardwood floor, patched & painted interior walls, ceiling & trim, repaired crawlspace posts, repaired drainage pipes, repaired downspouts, removed debris from gutters, installed electrical box covers, installed receptacles cover plates where missing, replaced closet lights, redistributed the attic insulation
• Downstairs Bath: Recaulked and changed grout for tile floors, replaced vanity lights, replaced medicine cabinet mirror.
• Guest Bath: Changed tiles from tub to ceiling, replaced shower door.
• Primary Bath: Installed fixed shower head, temp valve, volume valve & drain, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile floors & transition, replaced shower door, installed prefab niche, installed toilet, installed new vanity, installed shower pan
• Kitchen: Painted cabinetry, replaced backsplash sealant, repaired plumbing leak
• Yard: Installed sod & ground cover, power washed driveway and front path.
• Living Room: Replaced fireplace glass.
• Garage: Patched & painted interior, repaired sheet rock.
