Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• Main house: Painted complete interior and exterior, repaired all damage wood on exterior and painted 3 colors, repaired all damage and patched and painted complete, patched hole, installed new drywall in bathrooms and tape/ texture, repaired and refinished existing hardwood floor, installed carpet pad and carpet, replaced all hinges and door handles, installed ceiling fan, chandeliers, wall sconces, semi flush ceiling lights, installed new led can light,
• Garage, apartment: Painted complete interior and exterior, repaired all damage wood on exterior and painted, repaired all damage and patched and painted complete, installed new drywall in laundry room, upstairs bathroom and tape/ texture, framed new walls in laundry room for bathroom and door to garage, installed new door to garage with hardware
• Cottage: Painted complete interior and exterior, repaired all damage wood on exterior and painted, repaired all damage and patched and painted complete, patched hole, installed new drywall in bathrooms and tape/ texture, installed new split unit, replaced bathroom wall sconces
• Storage units/ pool facade: Painted complete interior and exterior, repaired all damage wood on exterior and painted, repaired all damage and patched and painted complete
• Kitchen: Installed hardiebacker and tile, installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator (including water hook-up), installed dishwasher
• Garage apartment: Replaced all can lights with Led cans, replaced damaged receptacles.
• Exterior: Ran low voltage power source for up lighting in patio of main home area, finished large patio, repaired porch railing as well side entry railing, painted exterior of all 5 structures, pressure washed all structures, repaired damaged siding
• Apartment kitchen: Installed countertops, installed backsplash
• Main home small guest bath: Installed hardibacker and tile floor, installed new faucet, installed new faucet and drain, installed new vanity mirror, installed new toilet, installed new wall mounted hardware
• Main home downstairs en-suite bath: Installed hardiebacker and tile floor, installed new quartz top, installed glass shower enclosure, installed new vanity mirror, installed new toilet, installed new wall mounted hardware, installed wall tile and schluter with nook
• Main home master bath: Installed hardiebacker and tile floor, installed new sinks and faucets, installed new quartz top, glazed existing tile around tub, installed new vanity mirror, installed new toilet, installed new wall mounted hardware, glazed tile in shower to match tub area, installed new body sprayers and shower head, installed new glass shower enclosure
• Cottage bathroom: Installed hardiebacker and tile floor, installed new vanity mirror, installed new toilet, installed new wall mounted hardware, installed new tile and schluter, installed new body sprayers and shower head, installed new glass shower enclosure, replace bathtub faucet and hardware
• Primary suite: Demolished existing drywall, framing, electrical, plumbing and flooring, new 2x4 framing to walls, relocated plumbing, relocated electrical, installed receptacles, switches and panel, installed new 5/8" drywall, taped and textured, painted complete interior
