Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced pendants, Chimney demolished, repaired the areas where the chimney was located on 1st Fl, 2nd Fl and roof; drywall installation & finish work
• Kitchen: Installed windows, installed under-cabinet lights for kitchen, installed new GFCI, installed new outlet switch or recessed light, added recessed lights in kitchen and 2 new junction boxes above island, installed cabinets, hardware and island cabinets, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed gas range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, relocated water, waste drain and gas line for stove, repaired siding at kitchen windows
• Dining room: Added 2x joists for dining room area, installed PSL beam between dining room and kitchen with supports setting on concrete footings
• ADU: Added new siding skin on 2 walls of ADU studio
