This beautiful 1 bd 2 ba loft in the Central Waterfront neighborhood of San Francisco was originally built in 2001 and was primed to hit the market after having only one original owner. Located in an ever-changing neighborhood with access to downtown and many public transport lines, this home was sure to attract many excited buyers after a few remodeling upgrades. Agent Eddie O'Sullivan of Elevation Real Estate teamed up with local project director Joelle Belmonte to get this beautiful city loft into tip-top shape.

With Joelle’s direction, the team of contractors got started by patching all of the walls and giving them a fresh coat of white paint. All of the lights were retrofitted and wall plates and light switches were replaced to give a more modern, sleek look. In the kitchen, the team installed a new under-mount to the sink and faucet, as well as new countertops and garbage disposal. All of the cabinets got a fresh coat of blue paint to create some contrast from the otherwise white space. Over in the master bathroom, a new shower head and toilet were installed, and the exposed pipe was painted to match the walls to help camouflage it. The vanity area got a major upgrade with a new faucet, mirror, and hardware, as well as new coating to the countertop and fresh paint to the cabinetry. Moving on to the bedroom, the team decided to remove the closet doors and partially install new ones to help widen the space and make it feel less industrial. Lastly, all of the windows in the unit were given an exterior wash to help make the natural light sparkle against the newly modernized features!

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: patch and paint walls, retrofit lights, replace wall plates and light switches

- Kitchen: new under-mount sink and faucet, new garbage disposal, new countertops, repainted cabinet doors

- Bathroom: install new showerhead, new toilet, paint vanity, coat countertop, and sink, install a new faucet, new mirror, new hardware

- Bedroom: remove closet doors, exterior window cleaning
